Steps to sending in a design request:

1. Download appropriate form
2. Fill out ALL information on form
3. Upload design request form to the submitting request below
4. You will be redirected to a confirmation page once your request is submitted

This form is for new solar projects and back-up battery systems which include full plan sets and line diagrams.

Do I have to use this submittal system?

Yes, this is the most streamlined way to submit your request for us to ensure you get your project completed in the most efficient way.

When do I pay?

You will be sent an invoice upon completion prior to document release, unless credit arrangements have been made.

Why are there two form versions?

We prefer the excel version but we understand that some do not use Microsoft products. To ensure everyone has access to the form we have added a Google Sheets version with instructions on how to submit your request.

You can also download the Google Sheets app for the mobile version.

What if I want to send in more documents and graphics but there is not enough file uploads?

If you have more documents, images, and files to send over please share them to the email [email protected] using a Google Drive Share Link or Dropbox Share Link 

All projects submitted after 4PM will be reviewed the following business day. 
​IMPORTANT NOTE: Please verify product availability before requesting design services.
​There will be a minimum of $50 fee for change orders.
